🧾 Refund Policy — Pipsqueak Resale Boutique
We do our best to provide accurate descriptions and quality pre-loved items. Because most of our products are sold on consignment or as resale, all sales are final.
Returns & Exchanges

In-Store Purchases:
Clothing may be returned within 7 days of purchase for store credit only with valid receipt. Items must be in the same condition as sold, with tags attached.
Store credit never expires and may be used toward any future purchase. No returns/exchanges for toys, gear, clearance, or items $2 and under. -
Online / Shipped Orders:
Due to the nature of consignment and secondhand items, refunds are not available on shipped orders.
However, if you’d like to return an item, you may do so at your own expense. Once we receive the item back in its original condition, we’ll issue store credit for the item amount (shipping fees are non-refundable).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to provide proof of damage. You may email photos to pipsqueak.resale.boutique@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to make it right.
