We want you to receive your order as quickly and smoothly as possible! Please review our shipping details below.

Processing Time

We do our best to ship all orders within 2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Options & Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Customers are responsible for all shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

  • Free Shipping: Orders of $75 or more (before tax) qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Large or Bulky Items

Some items may be too large or fragile to ship (for example, certain toys, equipment, or furniture). We try to mark these items as “In-Store Pickup Only” in the product description, and will notify customers if an item is not available for shipping.
You can pick them up at our store inside Vancouver Mall during regular business hours.

In-Store Pickup

If you choose In-Store Pickup, we’ll notify you when your order is ready. Please pick up within 7 days of notification unless other arrangements are made.

Shipping Delays

Once your package has been shipped, delivery times may vary depending on carrier and location. Pipsqueak Resale Boutique is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by shipping carriers.
